Mark your calendars for October 23 from 5 PM to 8 PM at 3146 E. Windsor Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85008, for The Opportunity Tree’s premier annual event — the Autumn Soirée: an evening dedicated to celebrating inclusion, community, and impact.

Over 250 guests gather for a night of connection and purpose, including legislative representatives, Arizona city officials, community leaders, corporate executives, philanthropic partners, and dedicated community members. It’s an evening of mission meeting momentum, bringing together heart-led leadership and investment in a more inclusive future for us all.

As one of Arizona’s most deeply rooted and historic 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, our Person-centered approach, Employment First philosophy, and diverse programming offerings improve quality of life for over 250 Members daily at 4 campuses and 20 community-integrated living homes across 2 counties.

Our core programs include:

Tree Fort youth after-school and summer programs: dynamic experiences and creative environments for teens ages 14 & up.
SEEDS Employment Services: offering our adult Members pathways to competitive, integrated employment.
LEAF adult day programs: engaging our Members in volunteerism, community integration experiences, and independent living skill development.
Pioneering Supported Aging program: a first-of-its-kind program offering specialized interventions specific to seniors with intellectual disabilities.
Fireslammers Special Olympics: counting over 100 Athletes of all ability levels competing in over 8 sports per year.
Community Living residential and in-home supports: providing our Members with enriching and stimulating home environments, the foundation of a high-quality of life.
We also connect over 1000 people with services and programs annually, and we’ve been supporting over 70 of our Members for 30 years or more.
