The Opportunity Tree is inviting all Licensed Contractors in Arizona to consider and bid for an ADA Accessible Renovations construction project at The Opportunity Tree’s Phoenix campus at 3146 E. Windsor Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85008.

The project includes the renovation of 3 existing restrooms from non-accessible, single use restrooms into 3 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms, and the replacement of 9 exterior wooden doors with 9 storefront, glass doors, including 4 doors with automated operators.

This project is partially funded by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) routed through the City of Phoenix and is open for bid to any and all Contractors licensed by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Bid awarding will be based solely on bid content and primarily on price.
