Services are based on member strengths & goals and are designed to increase skills leading independence and Community Integrated Employment (CIE).

Center-Based Employment offers vocational training and task based employment options in a structured and supervised setting. This setting is for individuals with a desire to work that are addressing multiple barriers to CIE.

Group Supported Employment, or enclaves, provide a Job Coach to work with the enclave to train on skills, ensure quality control and assist with problems that may arise during the shift. This community based setting is ideal for members who are ready to work in the community, but need ongoing supervision and support.

Individual Supported Employment provides support to members who are competitively employed in the community. Supports may be intermittent for maintenance or address new tasks required for the job.
