The Opportunity Tree is inviting all Licensed Contractors in Arizona to consider and bid for an ADA Accessible Bathroom Renovation construction project at The Opportunity Tree’s Phoenix Campus at 3146 E. Windsor Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85008.

This project consists of 2 Phases; Phase 1 includes the renovation of 3 existing restrooms from non-accessible, single use restrooms into 3 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms. Phase 2 includes the renovation of 2 existing bathrooms from non-accessible, single use restrooms into 2 modernized, multi-stalled, ADA accessible restrooms, the renovation of an existing accessible shower space, the renovation of an existing private attendant care/changing space, and the demolishing of one non-accessible bathroom to increase accessibility and facility area/program capacity.

This project is partially funded by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) routed through the City of Phoenix and is open for bid to any and all Contractors licensed by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Bid awarding will be based solely on bid content and primarily on price.
